HOH Comp Part 1

Hi Roomies...

OK - well at the end of the show last night the comp looked like it might be a good one. I for one, was disappointed with this "endurance" comp.

With so much at stake for the players left in the house, I would have thought the comp might have been more challenging than it was. The rabbit slowly sped up but as long as the HG's could see it coming there really was no challenge. I was highly disappointed that the comp seamed to be geared toward some HG's and against others.
(ie. Dick's shoulder problems, Dani's issues with the cold - [ps we know who i am rooting for] ).

I went back and rewound the part where Dani slips off her carrot maybe 6 times and have watched i again on you tube another few times. The rabbit basically stopped in the middle of Dani's carrot and then after she fell off (which I don't recall her hitting the rabbit at all until after she fell). Ok - so she stepped back which caused he to slip this was her own doing but as far as I could see she had no where to go if she tried to step of jump over it cause it was stopped. Dick even called BB out on this.

As I think back on Jameka's POV comp, where did that blue ball come from - BB never addressed this - and the fact that Julie called out "Jameka is disqualified because of this blue ball, distracted Jameka further from the competition. Did this cause her to lose the POV? probably not yet it did effect Jameka's game. Who knows how many more times this has taken place, comps going wrong, things breaking, outside influences, BB had not allowed us to view many of these comps.

Anyway back to my original thought on the comps and this one in particular, the "cheapness" of the comp is unbelievable. I can't believe that the mechanical aspect of the comp broke and couldn't be used to complete the comp. They should have called it and figured a way to do something else for the competition.

I call BS on BB for this one. This comp came down to who could withstand freezing cold longer. It was definitely geared toward Zach due to the fact that he has the greater body mass, no balance, or even strength.

Well that does it for my rant. Although I root for D&D to be the final 2, in a fair competition I would be glad for anyone who would win.
